I always say ‘I’m Justin Schuman. Human is literally in my last name and that’s what I’m here to help you do better.’ I love the conceit of ‘human’ as a verb because if it’s something you do it’s something you can learn to do better. And I don’t mean constant self-improvement…but constantly iterating and improving on how much YOU you bring to the world. Who would you be if you were unafraid of being “too much” and the judgments from others mattered a lot bit less.
